What You Need to Get Started?

You've got all your wonderful ideas, now it's time to make them come to life. Here are the following things we'll require and the details to take note of before we can begin the exciting journey of creating your brand.

Branding Files

Your logos in vector file formats like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.

Designs

Tech packs or, if you don't have them, at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.

Artwork Files

Files for print, embroidery, notions and packaging must be in vector file format with dimensions stated.

Sizing

Your size chart or grading specs; if unavailable, we can provide standard size charts for your target market.

Our MOQ is low and set per style — we confirm it in your quotation. Full customization is available.

Standardized Customization

Jeans Sample Customization Process

Touch Base With Us
After submitting your enquiry, we will discuss your project requirements and send you an order form link to submit your designs.
Design Submission
Once we have the tech pack or mockup with all the information, we will work out and send you an estimated sample charge for your project.
Sourcing
After the estimated price is accepted and payment is made, we will require a size chart or sizing reference from you. In the meantime, we will begin sourcing suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and send them to you for selection.
Creating Sample Sheet
While the sourcing is underway, our team will help finalise your details and develop a sample sheet for your designs. We will send the sample size chart to you for confirmation before starting on the samples.
Sample Production
Once you approve the sample sheet, we begin developing the sample.
Quality Check
When the sample development is complete, our quality team will inspect the sample to ensure there are no issues, then take pictures for you to confirm before shipping.
Packaging and Shipping
After you confirm, we come to the final stage. We will pack the sample and ship it to your destination through trusted partners like DHL, UPS or any third-party shipping company you prefer.
